With over 25 years in executive sports management, Danny has successfully led multiple sports teams and managed a sports agency.Most recently, he served as the President and Founder of Sports Pro Services (SPS), a comprehensive baseball agency, which has recently rebranded and repositioned as Semper9 Sports. He is also recognized as a General Certified Player Agent by the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA).

Having worked on both sides of the sports business—first as a General Manager, representing the team’s interests, and later as a sports agent, advocating for players- Danny brings a unique and valuable perspective that distinguishes him in the industry.

Danny has personally mentored over 120 amateur players in preparation for the MLB Draft, with 20 of them being selected in the Top 5 Rounds. Additionally, he has guided 17 players from the amateur ranks to the Major Leagues, expertly navigating them through the minor league system. His role has covered all aspects of agent services, specializing in contract negotiations and securing deals.

His broad experience in sports management has provided him with extensive knowledge in both personal and business management, including career guidance, contract negotiations, financial planning, marketing strategies, public relations, and securing endorsements.
